TONE

Service agreement

General terms for infrastructure and managed services.

  1. Subject: TONE rents the server resources in the selected package; the customer uses them within legal bounds.
  2. Delivery: Resources are made available within a reasonable time after confirmation (typically 24–48 hours).
  3. Fees: Fees are monthly and usually prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Acceptable use: Illegal content, spam, network abuse and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
  5. Responsibility: Software, data, backups and security configuration on the server belong to the customer.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate at period end with written notice. Refund terms are stated at confirmation.
